I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded every 2 weeks by Sana for about a year now. She is always very professional and I always leave satisfied. Highly recommend.

Sana’s amazing, great work! I strongly recommend to get your brows threaded here!!! Beautiful location! Great parking!
Third time is the charm, 🍀I came here again for eyebrow threading, upper lip and forehead. Sana did a wonderful job. I’m very satisfied with the results. 🤩 A very neat job!
I’ve been going to sana for a long time now to get my brows threaded, she is the best in town. She does them super fast and it barely hurts (I’m also very sensitive and I never have bad reactions or anything from her).
I’ve been a regular at Sana’s Eyebrow and Threading for threading and lash lifts, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be going back. After a lash lift, my eye was unusually red and burned more than normal. By the next day, my eyelid was swollen and my eye still bloodshot. I reached out to Sana, and while she suggested urgent care and offered a gift card, there was little real concern shown. When I followed up again, I was told they don’t offer refunds—even though this was a serious eye reaction, not a cosmetic complaint. I was asked to send proof of the issue and even felt like the blame was being shifted onto me (such as using a fan during the procedure). I have photos and text exchanges to support everything I’m saying. It’s really sad how this was handled. Anyone who’s had a lash lift knows your eyes should not still be red on day three. For what she charges, you’re better off going to a professional, high-end salon where safety is a priority. I didn’t want to leave this review, but I feel others deserve a heads-up. Edit Day 3 - eye shouldn’t look this way at this point - not responding to your lies the picture is here to prove it !! Edit Day 4 - eye still “irritated” Sana wants to write I didn’t go to urgent care. I have two small kids here, maybe I’ll get the chance to go when my husband is off middle of the week. Point of the matter is my eye should NOT look this way 4 days later after a lift. It’s disgusting that I paid $120 for this procedure. Any reasonable, “humble” person would have offered a REFUND as opposed to saying that I needed to show a receipt to cover my urgent care co pay (for her records ha) OR she would be give me $120 gc back. Why would I want any service done after my eye has looked like this since Friday.
